How to get your tumbler be customized with laser engraving?

p49 per 15 characters (Including letter /symbol)

Step 1:

Add ALL TUMBLERS +"ENGRAVING" page into Shopping Cart;

Step 2:

Select FONT & QTY.

Step 3:

MUST place them into a SAME order.

(Please don’t separate them into 2 individual orders)

Step 4:

Message us the name sooner (in 1 hour).

(Engraving: Your Name)

Also please send your contact no., in case to confirm any engraving detail with you.

Important Notes/Conditions: (strictly)

1. Without adding this "ENGRAVING" page in a SAME order with your selected tumbler, tumbler will NOT be engraved.

2. Please make sure ("ENGRAVING" page & TUMBLERS) in a SAME order, avoid placing 2 separated orders.

3. As customization is unchangeable, once the order confirms, NO CANCELLATION, NO CHANGE.

(Please consulting with our customer service agent first to check if your tumbler has been engraved or not. If not yet, you can still change.)

4. NO RETURN for engraved tumbler; if any issue with the tumbler, please contact our customer service for help; we will assure to provide the best solution for you.

5. Due to the shipment deadlines, seller has to proceed orders quickly. If the name is not provided in 1 hour after order placed, or on an unclear format, tumbler might be shipped out without engraving.

And seller doesn't accept return because of missed engraving, but the cost for "engraving" will be refunded after delivery.

6. "Color emojis/symbols" will be auto-removed (example: 😊👍🌸🐶🧸☕🎂❤️….).

Only "texture emojis/symbols" are able to be laser engraved clearly (example: 𐙚°｡♡ꨄ︎❤︎☺︎•ᴗ•☆⋆𝄞✮ʚଓ🎧♪᯽✿❀✞☕︎....)

(please search for more choices; and avoid oversize.)

7. Due to limited space on different shape of tumblers, please don't oversize the name; if needed, seller has the right to cut the name into more than 1 line or adjust the size, to produce the as best appearance as we can. (By default, without informing)

8. Other little details about engraving, seller remains the default right to make decision base on our experience. Unless buyer sends the specific requirement in advance and confirmed by seller.

9. Please avoid failure of delivery, by make sure your address & contact No. are correct.

If your customized order fails to delivery, and returns to seller. Seller will contact you again, buyer has the obligation to replace a new order with same previous item again. Because tumbler was engraved with your own name, seller is unable to resale to anyone else.

Any consequence of not following above instruction or public policies, buyer takes responsibility.
